- Attacker steps forward with right leg into front stance with simultaneous right arm middle punch.
- Defender counters with simultaneous left arm knife hand block and right arm middle punch.
Two
- Attacker steps back into front stance with right foot with simultaneous left arm down block.
- Attacker steps forward with right leg into front stance with simultaneous right arm middle punch.
- Defender counters with right arm knife hand block.
- Defender drops right hand to support closed left hand fist at belt.
- Defender takes half-step with left foot, keeping back to attacker...
- ...simultaneous reinforced middle elbow strike to attacker's midsection with left arm.
- Defender performs back fist strike to the face with left hand.
Three
- Attacker steps back into front stance with right foot with simultaneous left arm down block.
- Attacker steps forward with right leg into front stance with simultaneous right arm middle punch.

- Defender grabs attacker's right arm with left hand.

Four

- Attacker steps forward with right leg into front stance with simultaneous right arm middle punch.
- Defender counters by stepping forward with left foot into front stance...

- Defender performs double punch to attacker's ribs starting with the

- Defender performs left hand upper sweeping block in a counter
clockwise motion.

Six

- Defender grabs attacker's wrist with right hand.
- Defender rotates attacker's arm in a clockwise motion into an arm bar.
- Defender pushes on opponents shoulder with left
hand to complete the arm bar...
...forcing attacker to bend over.
- Defender performs right foot front snap
kick to opponents face.
Nine
- Attacker steps back into front stance with right foot with simultaneous left arm down block.
- Attacker steps forward with right leg into front stance with simultaneous right arm middle punch.
- Defender counters with left hand knife hand block.
- Defender grabs attacker's wrist and
rotates attacker's arm counter-clockwise.
- Defender steps across attacker with left leg while twisting the opponents wrist above his/her head.
- Defender turns 180
degrees and kneels down forcing attacker to the ground .
- Defender pulls opponents wrist out breaking the arm for completion.
Ten
- Attacker steps back into front stance with right foot with simultaneous left arm down block.
- Attacker steps forward with right leg into front stance with simultaneous right arm middle punch.
- Defender counters by stepping back with right leg into fighting stance.
