HanJudo is a new generation of Korean-Style Judo, which incorporates a unique combination of technique and power.
Judo, which is translated as the "gentle way", teaches the principle of flexibility in the application of technique.
Judo was introduced into the Olympic Games in 1964 and is practiced by millions of people throughout the world today.
This class meets on:
- Little Tigers Class: 4:45 - 5:30 pm
- Family Class: 5:30 - 6:30 pm
- Advanced Class: 6:30 - 7:30 pm

Jiu-Jitsu promotes the principle that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend themself against a bigger, stronger assailant by using leverage and proper technique. Most notably by applying joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat the other person. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu can be trained for sport grappling tournaments and mixed martial arts (MMA) competition.

 Taekwondo, a self-defense art using hands and feet to repel against an enemy, has been developed independently over 20 centuries in Korea.
This class meets on:
- Little Tigers Class: 4:45 - 5:30 pm
This class is specially designed for young children under sevens years old. In this fun and safe class, children will gain focus and self-control.
- Family Class: 5:30 - 6:30 pm
In this class, family members (both adults and children) train together. The class is designed to bring your family closer together to exercise and achieve shared goals.
- Advanced Class: 6:30 - 7:30 pm
This class if for advanced children, juniors, and adults.It provides hard training focused on developing sparring skills and preparing students for tournaments.
